Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. If you have any injuries please let me know before class starts. This class is held in a beautiful yurt. Please wear layers as if can get cool during this style of yoga. It is a beautiful way to promote a state of relaxation.
